How to Check for Authenticity of Pearl

Do you have pearls accessories, but still doubt its authenticity? Do you want to check the authenticity of pearls but do not know how? I will tell you an easy and simple tips for you.

1. Try biting it surface. The surface of original pearl feels like sand which is contain hollow and not slippery, also not easily to scratched.

2. Rub the pearl on the glass surface. Original pearls will not be damaged or defective, it will only leave traces such as chalk on the glass surface. Whereas fake pearls, will scratched or peel.

3. Another way with by burning the pearl. If burned not too long, original pearls will not be damaged, while fake pearls will burn because it is made from plastic.
